What is QCM?
QCM (Quran Competition Manager) is an end-to-end platform designed for organizing and running Quran recitation competitions. It handles the full competition lifecycle — from the moment a participant submits an application, through judging and live scoring, to the final results and Winners and participation Certificate generation.
Designed for clarity and speed, every interface updates in real time, keeping participants, judges, moderators, and audiences perfectly in sync throughout the event.
What QCM Does
Participants register online with full profile details. Applications are reviewed and approved by competition admin staffs.
Judges score participants independently in real time. Scores are instantly saved as soon as all judges submit.
Real-time participant queue management by hall staff, with a public queue display to show the current order and upcoming participants.
Participants track their application status anytime using their unique form reference number — no account required.
Dedicated screens for audience, queue hall, and participant recitation tablet — all updating live without manual refresh.
Full control for administrators — manage competitions, sessions, participants, judges, halls, and results from one place.
How It Works
Participant Registers
The participant submits an online application form with their personal details, competition branch, and category. A form reference number is issued immediately for tracking.
Admin Reviews & Approves
Administrators review applications and approve or reject them. Once approved, the participant receives an official registration number and is added to the competition roster.
Session Begins
On competition day, participants are organized into sessions. The moderator manages the live queue, calling participants one by one.
Judges Score in Real Time
Each judge independently scores the participant using their device.
Reports
Once the competition is finished, the competition administrator can generate all reports including results, winners list, and participation certificates.
